He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Paul and Carol Anna Eckrich (Hiers); and his brother Clement Paul Eckrich Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Joanna Eckrich (Peter Holmquist) of Grand Rapids and David Paul Eckrich (Cassandra) of Ann Arbor; his siblings, Beth Baker (Dan), Andrew Foster Eckrich of Kalamazoo, Matthew Todd Eckrich (Patricia) of Hanahan, SC and Susan Frances Doty of New Orleans, LA; and his friend Christine Soergel Eckrich of Kalamazoo.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services (3926 S 9th St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009).
