He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Chamberlain and Viola Chamberlain (Truax); and his siblings, Betty Maneke (Gordon), Gene Chamberlain (Barbara), Barbara Horn (Marvin) and Linda Keefer (Tom).
He is survived by: his children, Clarice De La Fuente, Holly Biron, Annie Minshall (Nathan), Nichole Nash (Brett) and David Chamberlain; his grandchildren, Cristian, Nicholas, Kenneth Charles (Amanda), Brandon, Brianna, Leah (Nicholas), Jacob (Lexi), Tamara (Jeremiah) and Jessie (Robbie); his great grandchildren, Faith, Ryleigh, Cole, Tessa, Harlei, Stassi, Hunner, Braelynne, Kenzi, Jackson and Wyatt; his brother Roger Chamberlain (Beverly); his close friends, Collin and Trish Hicks; and his son-in-law Brett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives.
