She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas A. Goodman and Dorothy Mae Goodman (Parks); her husband David Lee McCarty; her son Jeffery D. McCarty; and her brothers, Ricky and Randy Goodman.

She is survived by: her son Raymond McCarty (Heather); and her sister Sherry Boyer (Melvin). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
