“Sorry to find Dur is gone. We were good friends back in the 70s. We always argued. Usually agreed but argued about it anyway. We were sort of a two man debate team. We worked together at Bergman's Wrecker Service. Rented a house together on Sprague Street. We listened to a lot of Monty Python, and Firesign Theater records. Knew all the words to most Frank Zappa songs. Ate a lot of pizza. During was kind, generous, gentle man with an infectious giggle. I am better for having known him.”
