Ferrante Filiputti Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ferrante Filiputti (Kalamazoo, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 17, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Abramo Filiputti and Maria Filiputti (Dri); his wife Maria Filiputti (Gheller); and his brother Graziano Filiputti. He is survived by: his children, Sando Filiputti (Robin) and Rita Wagner (Brian); his grandchildren, Amanda Garber (Tyler), Andrew Hallam (Bailey Boyd), Alexander Filiputti and Zachary Filiputti; his great grandchildren, Maxwell Garber, Isabella Garber and Henrik Hallam; his siblings, Bruna Kibbey (Tom) and Ettore Filiputti (Marisa); and his siblings-in-law, Mario Gheller and Claudette Filiputti. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Monica Catholic Church (4408 S Westnedge Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49008).
