Frances Marie Wagner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Marie Wagner of Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on August 9, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ballay and Stephania Ballay (Dzurnik); her siblings, Emily Kubin (Louis), Joseph Ballay, Paul Ballay (Jean) and Edwin Ballay (Joyce); her husbands, Harold Julien and Frank Wagner; and her son Tony Julien (Jan).
She is survived by: her grandson Brett (Louise); her niece Debi; her grandson VJ; her children, Sandra Ogden (late Frank), Kay Julien-Moss (late Glen), John Julien (Diane), George Julien (Maria) and Frank Wagner (Roxann); and her sister Illene Oetman (late Jerry). She is also survived by grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren, and 1 great-great-great grandchild, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
