He was predeceased by: his parents, John Waite and Olive Waite (Anderson); his sister Mary Louise Miller; and his brothers-in-law, Dale Forsman and Jim Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Pam Klok (Steve), Dawn Jousma (Jeff) and Jason Waite; his grandchildren, Brendan Klok (Nicole), Samantha Schut (Cooper), Cody Warner (Monica) and Hannah Doan (Joshua); his great grandchildren, Eleanor, Madison and Wyatt; his sisters, Carrie Molnar (Jim), Karren Forsman and Sherrie Sellers (Richard); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Parker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services - Westside (3926 S 9th St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Langeland Family Funeral Home (3926 S 9th St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009).
