He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Pam Klok (Steve), Dawn Jousma (Jeff) and Jason Waite; his grandchildren, Brendan Klok (Nicole), Samantha Schut (Cooper), Cody Warner (Monica) and Hannah Doan (Joshua); his great grandchildren, Eleanor, Madison and Wyatt; his sisters, Carrie Molnar (Jim), Karren Forsman and Sherrie Sellers (Richard); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Parker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
