He was predeceased by: his father Gene Tanney (Sharon). He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Brummel (Jon); his grandchildren, Robert, Riley, Nevaeh, Regan, Taylor, Jordan, Jaxson and Greyson; and his siblings, Victoria Torrey (Gary), Keith Tanney, Jeff Tanney and Susan Toney (Jonathan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Betzler Life Story Funeral Home (6080 Stadium Dr, Kalamazoo, MI 49009). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beztler Life Story Funeral Home (6080 Stadium Dr, Kalamazoo, MI 49009).
