He was predeceased by: his parent Grant (Double Bubble). He is survived by: his friend Grant; his wife Jane Yonkers; his children, Michael Johnson, Steve Johnson (Jennifer), Stacy Janz, Scott Johnson (Christy) and Mark Johnson (Shelley); his grandchildren, Benjy, Tim, Sara, Olivia, Nick, Luke, Alaina, Kylee, Colton and Piper; and his great grandchildren, Giana, Vivian and Ellori. He is also survived by his youngest child was born; having kids and grandkids.
Memorial contributions may be made to Loaves and Fishes, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and the American Cancer Society.
