It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen E. Byers (Kalamazoo, Michigan), who passed away on November 17, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dotson and Dorothy Estele Walker (Shell); her husband Owen Ray Byers; her sons, Jerry Byers and Robert Smith; her son-in-law Wayne Beauchamp; and her siblings, Donald Walker (Frances), Joe Ray Walker, William Walker, Billie Sue Brock and Jimmileen Corkhill.
She is survived by: her children, Norma Rogers (Chuck), Donald Harrell (Roberta), Janice Beauchamp, Terry Byers (Donna), Martha Serio, Ron Harrell, Louis Byers and Maria Bielski (Scott); her daughters-in-law, Barb Smith and Becky Hallberg; her brother James Walker (Elaine); and her friend Wilma Lock. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
