He is survived by: his friend Hank; his sons, Henry Bartholomew IV (Tracy) and Philip Bartholomew; his grandsons, Jacob Henry Bartholomew and Jack John Bartholomew; and his sister-in-law Judy Bartholomew. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
