Henry W. Kroeze Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry W. Kroeze (Kalamazoo, Michigan), who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Karsien Kroeze (Case) and Jantje Napp Kroeze (Jennie); his sisters, Henrietta Sportel (Henry) and Annetta Sportel (Bob); and his in-laws, Leona Landt (Peter), Celia Ewing and Isaac Boogerman.
He is survived by: his wife Nellie C. Boogerman; his daughters, Sheri Wolthuis (Dick) of Kalamazoo and Jan DeVries (Dave) of Kalamazoo; and his great grandchildren, Stephen Wolhuis, Randy (Sarah), Michelle DeVries, Ryan (Meghan), Kelli (Tyler), Young and Melissa Knol (Caleb). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Hank's family requests that memorial contributions be directed to Centerpoint Church Sr. Adult Ministries, Park Village Pines, or Kalamazoo Christian Schools.
