She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Campbell and Marilyn Campbell (Tackett); her husband Charles Burgen; her former husband Dale Lapham; her grandchildren, Jackson and Joenah Campbell; her siblings, Gladys Marie Douglas, Jeff Campbell, Danny Campbell and Amelia Myers; and her close friend Victor Branch.
She is survived by: her children, Franklin Campbell (Amanda) and Christina Burgen York; her grandchildren, Ashlee Burgen, Melissa Burgen, Cheyenne Contreras, Maygen Burgen, Kristen Campbell and Ethan Burgen; and her siblings, Sandy Campbell, Edmund Campbell, Roy Campbell and Maxine Campbell. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
