Jackie Helmer Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jackie Helmer (Kalamazoo, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 29, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Booth and Bonnie Booth; her husband Miles; and her brother Arnold Booth. She is survived by: her children, Valerie Cleveland (Tom), Doug Helmer (Judy), Chris Helmer (Penney) and Greg Helmer (Stacey Cool); her grandchildren, Bonnie Tittler (Corey), Nola Blaine (Jesse), Christopher Helmer, Ross Helmer (Alayna) and Dustin Helmer (Josie); her brothers, Mike Booth (Connie) and Bruce Booth (Margaret); her stepgrandsons, Anthony Cleveland and James Cleveland (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Westlee, Shyanne, Wyatt, Daytona, Roy Thomas, Clarice and Wells; and her cousin Janet Hogue. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
