He is survived by: his wife Judith-Ann Rustenholtz (Burke); his children, Melinda Rustenholtz, Sarah Rustenholtz (Dan), Gretchen Rustenholtz and James Rustenholtz (Erin); his stepchildren, Tim Kamrowski (Lanita), Ed Kamrowski (Michelle), Jim Sprau (Shelly), Rhonda Johnson (Charlie), Kevin Burke (Carol), Kim Burke (Tim Stickels), Jack Burke (Melanie), Jerilyn Burke and Jim Buchino; his sister Judy Bloomfield; and his grandchildren, Matthew Rustenholtz, Anastasia Rustenholtz, David Rustenholtz, Dylan Rustenholtz, Lois Rustenholtz, Logan Rustenholtz and Landen Rustenholtz. He is also survived by ses many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and even three great, great grandchildren.
