She was predeceased by : her parents, Eligah Smith and Janie Smith; her grandparents, Willie and Savannah Berry; and her siblings, Mary Smith (Precious), Ida Jean Smith, Georgia Mae Smith, Mary Hall, Suzette (Cynthia) and Eligah Smith, Jr. (Smitty).

She is survived by : her children, Terry and Jamie Smith of Kalamazoo; her sisters, Linda Smith of Kalamazoo, Mi, Patricia Davis (Johnnie) of Kalamazoo, Mi and Jenny Smith (Paul) of Kalamazoo, Mi; her brother-in-law Napoleon Price; her grandchildren, Teonna, Davonte, Arieonna and Chyesha Smith; her great grandchild Kahari Bass; her pet Eva Larue; and also Willie Smith (Dorothy) of Kalamazoo, MI. She is also survived by her family and friends.
