She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank R. Campbell and Winifred Campbell (Saye); and her siblings, Marilyn Wilson, Robert Campbell, Roger Campbell, Fred Campbell, Linda Rhodes, Jack Campbell and Judy Vickers.
She is survived by: her husband Roger A. Herwick; her children, David Herwick (Jody), Kevin Herwick (Kelly), Eric Herwick (Melissa) and Sarah Herwick; her grandchildren, Drew, Jeramie, Esai, Lucas and Sydney Herwick; and her sisters, Shirley Emaar and Susan Borkowski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
