She is survived by: her sons, Mark Cook (Grace) and Jeffery Cook; her grandchildren, Jason Cook and Nicole Cook (Brandon Nuyen); her great grandchildren, Carter, Kayden Cook and Tanner Nuyen; and her nephew Ronald Glancy.
