He was predeceased by : his parents, Orland James and Rozella James. He is survived by : his wife Barbara James (Elmore); his daughters, Kim and Sarah; his son-in-law Rick Jung; his grandchildren, Shawn Jung, Brandon Jung (Michelle), Mitchel Fetterer (Nicole) and Jacob Fetterer; and his great grandchildren, Morgan Jung, Peyton Jung, Eli Jung and Caleb Jung.
