We are sad to announce that, on January 28, 2026, at the age of 71, Joanne Marie Neumann (Kalamazoo, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer Carigan and Emma Carigan (Buschke); her granddaughter Mia Renae; and her brothers, William and Robert Carigan.
She is survived by: her husband James Neumann of Portage, MI; her children, Michael Neumann (Sarah) of Kalamazoo, MI, Jason Neumann (Shirley Ann) of Eastampton, NJ and Nicole Dewitt (Houston) of Sumter, SC.; her sister Dorothy Schreiber; and her grandchildren, Haley, Chase, Madelyn, Adeline, Keegan, Roland, Nora, Lena, Abby and Erin.
Memorial contributions may be made to Centrica/Rose Arbor Place in Kalamazoo, MI to support their Hospice care.
