He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Phoebe and John Rounds; wife: Betty Jean Rounds; children: Rick (Jennifer) Rounds, Joseph Allen Rounds, Jr., Julie (Jarard) Allison, and Michelle Rounds; grandchildren: Melanie Rounds, Deirdre Rounds, Jade Ballentine, Winter Rounds, Austin Rounds, Daniel Rounds, Harley Ballentine, Phoebe Rounds, Vinny Rounds, Jackson Martin-Reck, Jillian Martin-Reck, Jardy Allison, Karter Rounds, and Aiden Martin-Reck; great-grandchildren: Raven and Celeste; siblings: Barb, Marion, Robert, John, Alma, Dale and Ruth; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Seventh Day Adventist Church (1601 Nichols Rd, Kalamazoo, MI 49006).
