With solemn reverence, we commemorate John E. Nord (Kalamazoo, Michigan), whose life came to an end on October 5, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Nord and Dorothy Nord (Corstange); and his siblings, Mary Nord and James Nord. He is survived by: his wife Carol (VanDenBerg); his children, Douglas Nord (Nancy), Kristi Eiden (Tom) and Debra McLeod (Kevin); his grandchildren, Jonathan Nord, Lindsay Cleary (Craig), Nathan Heemstra, Katie Nabatoff (Jacob), Chelsie Eiden, Jack Eiden, Griffin McLeod, Konnor McLeod and Sophia McLeod; and his brother William Nord (Karla).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services (3926 S 9th St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009).
