She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Wood (Boyd) and William Chandler; her stepfather Charles Wood; her siblings, Katie Vaughn and Marvin Chandler; her stepbrother Leon Wood; and her siblings-in-law, Diane Wood, Robert May and Charles May.
She is survived by: her wife Cathy "Kate" May; her pets, Bella and Remy; her sisters, Janie Watson (Tim), Betsy Davis (Jim) and Susan Moleski; her stepsiblings, Danny Wood (Sandy) and Sally Prielipp; and her brothers-in-law, Roy Vaughn, Philip May (Carrie) and Michael May (Tracy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, godchildren and many, many special friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at 4007 Midway Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49048.
In lieu of flowers, cash donations will be accepted to help cover funeral expenses.
