He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Winfrey; his daughter Melissa Duncan (Anthony); his granddaughter Emma Duncan; his mother-in-law Gloria Mohr; his brother-in-law Rick Mohr; and his nieces and nephews, Kim Bleise, Jeremy Bleise and Matt Bleise.
