She is survived by: her children, Donna Douglas, Mike Hosack and Laurie Jacobs (John); her grandchildren, Ashley Stafford, Will Blowers, Trevor Jacobs, Tanner Jacobs, Ross Hackenburg and Lyndsie Hackenburg; and her great grandchildren, Korin Douglas, Lilee Douglas, Damon Sable and Jennifer Blowers.
