She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Herrick and Mary Dietrich; her husband Andrew Agate; her children, Sarah Booher (Miles) and Justin Agate; her siblings, Patrick Thomas and Cinthia Herrick; her grandchildren, Christopher Weston, Elizabeth Agate and Amelia Booher; her nieces and nephews, Deanne Randall (Josh), Jill Peterson (Chris), Shannon Herrick, Melissa Lewis (Mark), Sean Herrick, Caleb Herrick (Itavi), Kelsy Olvitt and Travis Olvitt; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Agate.
