She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Hunsberger and Mabel Hunsberger; her husband Robert Christophel; and her siblings, Millard (Marion), Lester (Lena), Emma Jane (Peter), Marie and Merrill.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Hawkins (Matthew) of Kalamazoo, MI, Steven Christophel (Faith) of Michigan, Ruth Christophel of Battle Creek, MI, Stanley Christophel (Lydia) of East Leroy, MI and Carl Christophel (Rachael) of Chillicothe, IL; her sisters-in-law, Louise (late Nelson) and Carolyn (late Glenn); and her siblings, Monroe Jr. (Barbara), Mable Myers (Norman), Pearl Yoder (late Marcus), Edith Randolph (late Ed), David (Melissa), Titus (Diane) and Mark (Linda). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
