He is survived by: his wife Sally Lukins; his children, Jodi Chopp (Victor), Jerry Lukins (Nicole) and Jennifer Collins (Josh); his grandchildren, Shelby Sullivan (Sean), Skyler Chopp (Shawn Wells), Ashley Miller (Shane), Stephanie Lukins (Marcus Hamilton), Jonathan Lukins, Isabel Collins (Seth Bevins) and Lucas Collins; his great grandchildren, Graham and Tate Sullivan; his siblings, Gail Ascherman (Mike) and Terry Lukins (Jody); and his siblings-in-law, Gene Meert (Kathy), Shirley Griffin, Nancy Mulder, Larry Meert (Kathy) and Jon Nieuwenhuis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
