He was predeceased by: his mother Josée Germay (Nkusi); and his uncle Louis. He is survived by: his father Roger Germay; his fiancée Heather Lynn Martinie; his brothers, Frédéric Germay and Patric Germay (Jamie); his uncles, Joseph Germay (Linda) and Alphonse Nkusi (Charlotte); his aunt Brenda Germay (Ray); and his godmother Betsy Lawrence. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the Foundation Fighting Blindness, the HHT Foundation, Midwest Boston Terrier Rescue, or any charity of your choice.
