He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Bass and Thelma E. Bass (Lehman). He is survived by: his sister Julie Burkett (David); his nephew William Burkett (Shelly); his niece Molly Burkett; and his great-nephews, Micah and Simon Burkett.
Memorial contributions in Mark's memory may be given to the Portage Northern High School Music Program or a music program of one's choice.
