Mary Louise Fleckenstein Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Louise Fleckenstein (Kalamazoo, Michigan), who passed away on July 5, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Redmond Lemon and Cortez Lemon; her brothers, Timothy Lemon and Dennis Lemon (Kenneth); and her son James.
She is survived by: her children, Elise Gillem (Mark), Carolyn Perry (Dan), Brian Fleckenstein (Anita) and Margot Stiel (Häsi); and her grandchildren, Steven, Tyler, Jacob, Cassie, Charles, Gracie, Jessica and Ken. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar St. Joseph Catholic Church (936 Lake St, Kalamazoo, MI 49001). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory at one of her preferred charities: Donate Life NW, Heifer International, and Shriners Hospitals for Children.
