With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maurice John Daniels (Kalamazoo, Michigan), born in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 1, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Mickey; and his siblings, Agatha, Lucy, Marquerite, Sylvester, Ambrose, George and Joseph.

He is survived by : his children, Jude Daniels (Barbara), Mary Jo Wilson (James) and Lucy Haycraft (Michael); his grandchildren, Christopher Daniels (Julie), Rochelle Mumy (Travis), Ashley Archambault (Matthew), Julie McCarthy (Jeffery), Michael DePeau-Wilson (Danielle), Andrew Wilson (Vale), Sean Wilson, Kevin Haycraft, Jude Haycraft and Daniel Haycraft; and his great grandchildren, Christopher, Claire, Presley, Garrett, Lyla, Laken, Lincoln, Emmett, Lana, Walker James, Amalia, Livia and Crue.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (939 Charlotte Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49048). A burial will be held on Monday, May 20th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Ft. Custer National Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kalamazoo VFW Post 827 Building Fund.
