He is survived by: his friend Pat; his wife Lori; his children, Patrick Fredericks (Brenda), Becky Perkins (Ron) and Lindsey Lee (Mathew); his grandchildren, Jerry Vorva (Kimberly), Ashley Vorva, Devon Hopper, Shawna Fredericks, Shianna Noble (David), Kaitlyn Fredericks, Jerika Mack, Taylor Dinsmore (Dan), Peyton Vendeville (Jay), Cameron Danna and Alayna Danna; and his children, Jaxon, Kolton, Kaden, Ezra, Yemoja, Myles, Mekenna, Davey, Jayton, Savvana, Jayce, Grey and Maevan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
