Paul Simon Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis P. Simon and Jacqueline Simon; and his siblings, Cheryol Cutro, Louise Simon and Louis P. Simon III.
He is survived by: his friend Westwood Little League; his wife Christine Petersen; his sons, James Simon (Jane), Michael Simon and Neil Simon; his sisters, Theresa Reitinger (John), Frances Stockwell (Barney) and Loretta Thompson; and his in-laws, Vera Eernisse, Michael Petersen and John Petersen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear lifelong friends.
A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church (421 Monroe St, Kalamazoo, MI 49006). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Mt. Ever Rest Memorial Park North (1717 N Drake Rd, Kalamazoo, MI 49006). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Betzler Life Story Funeral Homes (6080 Stadium Dr, Kalamazoo, MI 49009).
