He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Van Sweden; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Ritu Chandra; his grandson Alex of New Jersey; his siblings, Allan Terpstra (Gloria), Martha Terpstra and Mary Pugmire; his siblings-in-law, Jim Van Sweden (Linda) and Judy Salada (Michael); and his mother-in-law Dorothy Yeo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
