He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Woods and Inez Marie Woods (Kintz); and his siblings, Alice Cerney, Agnes Bramble, Kathleen Faurot, Peter Woods, Leo Woods and John Woods.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Woods; his daughters, Andrea Woods and Angela Woods-Mestemaker; his sister Ann Andrews; and his grandchildren, Grace Juhala, Alexander Juhala and Drew Mestemaker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
