Philip T. Davis Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on August 24, 2022, at the age of 65, Philip T. Davis (Kalamazoo, Michigan), born in Gary, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore S. Davis and Phyllis J. Davis (Sobotka); his brother Jeffery; and his sister-in-law Kelly Davis. He is survived by: his wife Polly A. Davis (Rzanca); his daughter Krystal Davis; his granddaughter Kazi Davis; his brother Michael Davis (Rose); his nieces and nephews, Whitney Davis, Caitlin Houseman (Zach), Jefferey Davis and Nicholas Davis; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaden Pore, Nolan Houseman, Adalyn Cole and AJ Houseman. He is also survived by cousins, extended family members and friends.
