She is survived by: her daughter Raquel; her mother-in-law Rawuel; her daughter-in-law Nicki; her sons, Richard Derenne (Greathen) and Frank Derenne (Nicki); her stepchildren, Linda Shefchik, Alan Derenne, Jimmy Derenne and Patricia Derenne; her grandchildren, Anthony Derenne, Charles Derenne and Raelyn Derenne; and her siblings, Belen Parra, Beatriz Coello, Juan Gilbert and Hector Gilbert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Betzler Life Story Funeral Homes (6080 Stadium Dr, Kalamazoo, MI 49009). A reception will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
