He was predeceased by: his parents, Theo H. Champlin and Maxine Champlin (Drew); and his brother Richard Champlin. He is survived by: his wife Tita; his children, Shelby Spring (Joe), Darcie Walker (Chris) and Michael Vincent (Dawn); his grandchildren, Logan, Carter Spring, Amber, Owen, Xander Walker, Jessica Holm (Jeff) and Carlena Shaw (Ty); his great grandchildren, Lyla, Leo and Holm; and his brother Randall Champlin.
