He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Esman and Joyce Esman (Bertch). He is survived by: his wife Susan Esman (Johnston); his children, Benjamin Esman (Sara), Elizabeth Esman and Daniel Esman; his grandchildren, Caleb, Kylee, Jacob, Libby and Allie; his siblings, Linda DeSmit (Steve), Ronald Esman (Yukari) and Gary Esman (Cathy); his mother-in-law Joanne Johnston; and his brother-in-law David Johnston (Terri Dymek). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
