No public service is planned. Rose will be laid to rest next to Bob in a private family service at East Cooper Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association, in c/o the funeral home.

Age 85, of Kalamazoo, passed away on Tuesday morning, December 24, 2024. Rose was born in Paris, MI, on July 15, 1939, the daughter of Lawrence and Agnes (Parker) Hills. On February 24, 1959, she married Robert McAdam who preceded her in death in 2022, just short of their 64rd wedding anniversary. Rose worked for many years in the finance department of The Upjohn Company. She and Bob were active in the Kalamazoo Corvette Club. They also liked going out dancing. They were both very social and they loved to entertain. Nothing was more important to her than family. She never missed a family birthday celebration. She lived a wonderful life and leaves her family with countless memories. Rose is survived by her children, Anthony "Tony" (Lori) McAdam, Gladys "Mickie" McAdam; grandchildren, Jennifer Ambs, Nathan Ambs, Alex Ambs, Meghan Ambs and Jacob McAdam; three great-grandchildren; and many friends. Besides her husband, Rose was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Troy.
