She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Plum and Florence Plum; her former husband Kenneth L. Wait; and her sister Wanda Smith. She is survived by: her husband Jim Mitchell; her children, Jerry Wait (Paula), Kathy Wait and Cindy Jo VanderVeen (John); her grandchildren, Jamie Morton, Jerri Christenson, Jerry Wait, Antonio Leduc, Brian Leduc and Ashley Atwood; and her siblings, Myrna Westcott (Guy), Doris Ritsema (John), Lee Hutt (Tom), Pauline Wilson (Bruce) and Darlene Rowlison. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
