She is survived by : her spouse Tommie L. Sykes; her children, Consuelo Perry, Jackie Woodard and Tommie L. Sykes III; her siblings, Clara, Clotetia, Ollie, Elaine, Jacqueline Stacy and Stevie; and her close friends, Delores Kelly of Deacon, JL and Terry Buchannan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
