She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Sue and Dave; her parents, Alton Walker and Mary Walker; and her siblings, LeDonne "Al" Walker (Zelda) and Carol Walker.

She is survived by: her daughter Sue; her husband David Johnson; her children, Laurie Comerford, Jon Bird (Korrin) and Jay Bird; her grandchildren, Tristan Comerford (Epiphany), Mallory Burckle (Clark), Alex Comerford (Siobhan), Reece Comerford (Kaylee), Justin Bird (Alexa) and Jordan Bird; her great grandchild Wynn Burckle; and the father of her children Andy Bird.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church for a memorial fund in Sue's name, supporting children's education.
