He was predeceased by: his father Glenn Seybert. He is survived by: his mother Donavieve "Donna" Seybert; his siblings, Gary Seybert (Maria) and Karen Sloan (Richard); and his daughters, Mallory and Shannon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
