He is survived by: his wife Amy Miles; his daughters, Natalie Miles and Grace Miles (Phillip Shook); his brother David Miles (Laurie); his father-in-law Tom Maternowski; his brother-in-law Scott Maternowski; his nieces, Cara Kostecki (Justin) and Ashia Maternowski; his nephew Steven Miles (Rachel); and his brother Russell Rothermel (JoAnne). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, chosen family, and his brothers and sisters in law.
