He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bruce Sullivan and Mary Hadley. He is survived by: his parents, Paul Patrick (Jayne) of Shelbyville and Stephanie Sullivan (Kelly Peasley); his brothers, Austin Patrick and Dustin Patrick (Hayley); his cousin Kaysi Sullivan; his nephew Jason; his niece Ella; and his grandparents, Paul Patrick Sr. and Kim Sullivan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
