She was predeceased by: her parents, Nadine Gordy (Galvin) and Gene Gordy; and her siblings, Mark Gordy (Deb) and Robin Gordy. She is survived by: her brother Samuel Gordy (Elizabeth); her daughter Rhonda Lanter (Crystal); her grandchildren, Olivia Craig (Jordan), Ian Speaker (Triniti), Alex Speaker and Ben Speaker (Lindsey); her aunt Chrissy; and her pet Violet. She is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Indiana University Schoelkopf Mental Health Counseling Center to support mental health counselors in training.
