She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentine Hackley and Edith Hackley; and her siblings, Marguerite Walden and Edgar Hackley. She is survived by: her sister Edith Hackley (Conner); her husband Nolan Fischer; her children, Jonathan Fischer, Valisa Tate (James) and Justyne Fischer; her siblings, Mary Mitchell, Valerie Whiteside (Earl) and Travis Hackley; her granddaughters, Zoe and Mia Tate; and her nephew Soror. She is also survived by cousins, nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes (3926 S 9th St, Kalamazoo, MI 49007). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ft. Custer National Cemetery.
