“Ace was a beloved member of the tearjerkers teardrop camping club, which is where i met him. He brought something truly special to each gathering he attended. Despite the generation difference in our ages, ace and i were close buddies during his final years. I took ace out for lunch on his birthday for the last several years. And, we got together at other times throughout the year inbetween our camping adventures. The passing of ace hessler leaves a large hole in my life and my heart.”
